Throughout a career full of set backs and disappointments Weston never stopped setting targets, never stopped chasing his goals, and ultimately gave it everything he has until his career was cut short by a devastating injury that could have cost him his life. Todd has been in the automotive industry for 30 years, and has worked in partnership with BG to build many successful maintenance programs. In this episode, Todd and I discuss the many challenges and opportunities facing service advisors and technicians, the importance of process on the service drive, finding a comfortable balance with maintenance sales, and the future of automotive service. This was a really interesting discussion, and it gave me a great perspective on how to implement effective, sustainable, and profitable practices within a dealership!
